[asterisk-dev] initialize ast_key structure

Hi,

I have to initialize my own ast_key structure as I want to load a RSA key
from a char[] into such a structure.
I have problems to initialize the ast_key structure as it is definded in
res_crypto.h which is not in the /usr/include/asterisk directory.
How do I this?
