[asterisk-dev] Asterisk developer needed

I mean Power dialer for sure. I am not sure if voip is what I want, I was
told that its not really ready for commercial use... I take what my
technical
people give me as truth as I am not a tech myself. I was told that I could
go
digital without going voip... or am I totally off base here?

Hi Wendy your explanation is very clear (though when you say auto dialer
- do you mean predictive dialer where calls are being 'setup in advance'
based on previous call times or do you mean 'power dialer' where calls
are initiated through manual intervention and the agent 'sits' through
the ringing process.

Having said that yes everything you have asked for is possible in
Asterisk.

You might want to send this to the Biz list as more relevant to that
list.

You might also want to check out the www.voip-info.org site and search
on "call file generation".

Also I noticed you mentioned needing to 'call in' for the intial
recording then use a web interface for the actions.

If you wanted to 'webify' the entire process in a single visual display
you might want to check out www.Mexuar.com for their Mexuar Corraleta
softphone Java applet. This way your entire process could be handled
from a single web page.
