[asterisk-dev] Bug 7787 - Caller ID in DTMF

This is a very well documented patch that hasn't received any  
attention from the development group.
And it's a wellknown problem in Digium sales as well as here in  
Scandinavia!

Can someone please check this and possibly commit it?
