First off, this sort of question is better suited for the asterisk-users list, 
as opposed to the development list.

But yes, its purpose is to call a dialplan macro when a member answers. Keep in 
mind that this option is only in Asterisk trunk at this point and not in 1.2 or 
1.4, so if you're attempting to use that option in one of those versions, it 
will not be available.
