[asterisk-dev] IAX2 changes - thank you!

We have around 500 users online using iaxclient. I will deploy the new
version in the next days and provide feedback.

I will also do my usual stress tests to check how things have improved.
Ususally when I stess IAX asterisk crashes. So lets check what I got in
a few days.
