If you look at dsp.c code, you will see that fax detection is basically
just a detection of specific frequencies in the voice stream. Which
means VOICE not DTFM.

which frame type should be detected in incoming fax on SIP channel?
AST_FRAME_DTMF or AST_FRAME_VOICE, or maybe something else?
