[asterisk-dev] bugs.digium.com notification on bug closure

Is there any reason why an email isn't sent when bugs are being closed?
 I looked at my prefs, and the "Email on closed" was checked.   The only two that weren't checked were "Email on Status Change" and "Email on Priority Change"
