[asterisk-dev] obsolete jb options in iax.conf.sample

it can be confusing for people to reference options in sample file, like:
;dropcount=2
;maxexcessbuffer=80
;minexcessbuffer=10
;jittershrinkrate=1
I think, that this options are ignored in current (new) iax jb 
implementation...
btw, why was removed feature "jittershrinkrate"? is there any equivalent 
for this in current iax jb implementation?
