[asterisk-dev] Zap 1.4 Rev 2397 problem with TDM400

Now seems fixed in current svn zaptel 1.4, CID and DTMF work again.

Seems to fix 1.2, I don't have a FXS phone to test, and my CID seems to
be off on the line, but I did get a CID error before, now I just get a
blank ID (and no error).....so I can't confirm it's fixed.
