Looks interesting. One comment, though:

In the "Asterisk Settings" page of the documentation I see the 
following sample:

enabled = yes
port = 5038
bindaddr = 0.0.0.0

[john]
secret = password
read = system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user
write = system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user

Does it mean that a dialer user will have full control over the PBX?

What are the minimally-required permissions?
