[asterisk-dev] Policy change for those with commit access

I have created a new page on the asterisk.org site:

We will collect all policies that those with commit access need to follow here, as they are created. I would highly suggest monitoring this page frequently, although I will make an effort to post all relevant changes to this mailing list as well.
