[asterisk-dev] Transfer capabilities inherited after transfer

I dont have experience with Old PBX, but I agree that is not a
behaviour i consider proper or logic, whatever it means. In the end,
if other people consider that a desirable behaviour it should be
configured, possibly setting variables before dialing.
