[asterisk-dev] Monitoring of Call Hold

I am testing with Snom 320 and Aastra 480i.

Seems like Asterisk does get the information, in the CLI I can see
that musiconhold is starting/stopping.

But it seems like it is a feature that will come in version 1.4
