[asterisk-dev] G729 codec for trunk updated again... now it works

32-bit/i686 on a PIII.  /proc/cpuinfo claims I have sse...

This same system was in the 16~18ms range from most codecsusing 
1.2.X and G729

Using what version of the codec and on what kind of CPU? Some of the new
codec binaries are compiled to use SSE now, and it's possible that is
having a negative effect.
