Please do so. Keep in mind the discussions we had before about
'automatic' usecount tracking as well. Eventually all registerable items
(CLI commands, manager actions, etc.) should have a 'struct ast_module
*' reference inside them so the code executing those actions can
magically increase/decrease module usecounts (thus removing that code
from the module completely).
