[asterisk-dev] Changes to SIP authentication

I daringly removed proxy-authentication from Asterisk svn trunk  
today. A SIP b2bua like
Asterisk should not issue a proxy auth, only www-auth. We are never  
ever a proxy,
only an useragent, a SIP endpoint.

If there are any problems with this change, please report it in the  
bug tracker so we
can consider if this is the proper way. I can't see any good SIP  
client reacting badly
to this, but you never know :-)
