[asterisk-dev] Changes to Manager API in 1.4 ?

I'm wondering if there has been any significant changes to the Asterisk
Manger Interface in 1.4?

The doc/manager.txt file in 1.4 is not changed since 1.2 so I'm
wondering what changes, if any have been implemented?

One thing that we would very much like to be able to do is limit the
traffic sent to the client connected to the AMI so that Asterisk boxes
in shared environments aren't relaying all call information from clients
unrelated to them.

Currently I don't believe this is possible because events are _all_
events.

So for example, in a virtual PBX where there are several different
companies sharing the same Asterisk server, the AMI could be used to
monitor the status of phones but only for one company rather than every
even on the server.
