Then do path MTU discovery instead of adding tunables which most

This is only a problem on shared link networks, i.e. hubs and
wireless. Noone uses hubs anymore, so ignore those. Sending multiple
frames without spacing between them is exactly what you want to do if
you have a lot of high priority latency sensitive traffic -- keep
everyone else from using the wireless until you are done transmitting.
