[asterisk-dev] A chan_sip weekend for 1.2 and 1.4 trunks plus svn trunk

Friends,
I have been trying to follow my own advice and work on the bug tracker.

During this weekend, I've committed changes to both 1.2 and 1.4 trunk  
plus a
new branch.

* Several T.38 changes for 1.4 - please retest all the bug reports

* Several changes for From/To header mixup in ACK/CANCEL

* For the bug reports on CANCEL/BYE being sent in the wrong situations,
   I've opened a 1.2 branch called "invitestate" that I invite you to  
test.

I've also made a lot of questions and comments to the bug tracker  
issues,
so please help me by answering those.

During the coming week, I will be running another Asterisk Masterclass
(formerly known as the bootcamp) and will have little time for patching.
I will followup on the bug tracker though to make sure the process  
doesn't
stop.

Hopefully we can close a few open issues this week.
