[asterisk-dev] svn trunk does not compile

Russell just committed a fix for this (a file was missing).

Usually we recommend watching the svn-commits log and not reporting a
build failure within an hour or two of something that has been recently
worked on... just in case another commit is coming from the person
working on it :-)
