[asterisk-dev] Correct behavior if FastAGI server is unavailable

Hi,

when using FastAGI and Asterisk is unable to connect to the FastAGI
server (due to host not found, AGI server not started, network failure)
the channel is just hung up.
This leaves the user no chance to handle that error in a polite way.
Alex posted a feature request (7121) on the bug tracker to change that.
I added a patch that sets the channel variable AGISTATUS to either
"FAILED" or "SUCCESS"  but not hang up (in the same way many other
applications already do).

It does not seem to be clear on whether this change should be included
or not. What do you think?
