[asterisk-dev] how to make a real IP phone

   Hi, 
  
 Sorry this may be off topic. 
 
 Where do I start if I want to build a hard SIP IP phone?
  Where do I get development platform and basic components such as dial pad, LCD display, spearker, codec support etc. I am only familar with high level user agent implementation. Would love to have pointers/references on this. 
  Is underlying OS linux or Windows CE? 
 
  How much do I need to spend on this kind of development?
