I understand that. The 1.2.6 patch is merely for people who want to
attempt to use it on a non-SVN system. My goal for submitting to the
project would be inclusion in 1.4, hence the 1.2.6 patch will not be
submitted to bugs.digium.com.
I have tested it so far on one system. I am trying to find a few people
who are willing to test out the change on other systems. I've been
unable to break it so far, but I really would like more eyes and
hands on it.
