No, the registration will not expire, the peer will be flushed from the
in-memory cache. The registration expiry behavior is not affected by the
use of realtime.
Basically, this allows you to decide how long the peer should live in
the in-memory cache: for a fixed amount of time after each time we load
it, or until its registration expires.
