[asterisk-dev] Group project permissions changes

At rizzo's suggestion, I have changed
https://origsvn.digium.com/svn/asterisk/team/group to have open access
to all committers; we will no longer control permissions on a group
project basis. That means anyone with commit access can participate in
any group project, and also that anyone with commit access can create
and remove group projects as well.
