Just upgraded a test system to todays svn head. Attempts to place a iax 
call to another system (svn head from Feb 20th) results in no audio. 
Using ethereal, I see iax packets coming from the Feb 20th system, but 
no pkts heading "to" the Feb 20th system. All cli info suggests its a 
fully functional call. (The test calls functioned properly between the 
two systems when they were both svn head from Feb 20th. Was using g726 
codec; switched both to gsm, same problem.)

Looks like some sort of problem... need to dig into it further.
