The Subversion mirroring process, and the Subversion->CVS mirroring
process were both broken. They have now been fixed.

I'm not aware of the machine at .42 being 'down' for any reason; I just
successfully did a checkout from it directly. Hopefully the public
mirrors will update shortly.
