"Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Intel 
grants to you a non-exclusive, non-assignable copyright license to 
distribute (except under an Evaluation License as specified below) the 
Redistributables and Sample Source, or any portions thereof, as part of 
the product or application you developed using the Materials."

Incidentally, Intel did write to me after I published this code - and 
they sent me a free copy of their IPP book.  So I guess they don't feel 
that I'm violating their license.

That said, I understand people don't want to spend all day discussing 
this, but please do provide some evidence when posting criticisms of 
other peoples work.  (now I'm going to go and find my hard hat)
