[asterisk-dev] Test-team: Updated version of test-this-branch

I've added a few more features and fixes to test-this-branch:

- Realtime LDAP driver
- Realtime PostgreSQL driver
- Metermaids (devicestate for parking lots)
- An IFMODULE dialplan function
- CLI command SHOW Threads

Everything is documented in README.test-this-branch in the root  
directory.
Please continue testing, all of us developers are really greatful for  
all feedback
we can get on these modules.

The testbranch has already discovered a few bugs that has been fixed  
before
commit into svn trunk. Let's continue testing these new additions to  
see how
they works.

Some thoughts:
- Can you do realtime lookups in LDAP through the LDAP realtime driver
   in combination with the REALTIME dialplan function?
- Can you create cool portable scripts with the IFMODULE function?
- Does "show threads" mean anything to you?

A lot of cool testing to do. Good luck! I am waiting for feedback.
