I spent several hours downloading trunk versions and compiling until I was
able to pinpoint the exact date where it quits working. Everything compiles
without errors.
dmesg with June 19 trunk:
Zaptel Version: SVN-trunk-r1114 Echo Canceller: MG2
...
About to enter startup!
TE4XXP: Span 1 configured for CCS/HDB3
wct4xxp: Setting yellow alarm on span 1
2G: Got interrupt, status = 0000000c, CIS = 0080
SPAN 1: Primary Sync Source
ztcfg reports 31 channels configured and asterisk starts.
dmesg with June 20 trunk:
Zaptel Version: SVN-trunk-r1128 Echo Canceller: MG2
...
About to enter startup!
TE4XXP: Span 1 configured for ESF/B8ZS
wct4xxp: Setting yellow alarm on span 1
SPAN 1: Primary Sync Source
ztcfg reports 31 channels configured, but Asterisk will not start with the
following error:
Jun 28 01:54:49 DEBUG[7328] chan_zap.c: Updated conferencing on 23, with 0
conference users
Jun 28 01:54:49 VERBOSE[7328] logger.c: -- Registered channel 23, PRI
Signalling signalling
Jun 28 01:54:49 ERROR[7328] chan_zap.c: Channel 24 is reserved for
D-channel.
Jun 28 01:54:49 ERROR[7328] chan_zap.c: Unable to register channel '17-31'
Jun 28 01:54:49 WARNING[7328] loader.c: chan_zap.so: load_module failed,
returning -1
Every checkout I've tried since June 20 has the same problem. Don't know
what changed with the card driver since June 19, but there it is. The box
was setup to test trunk, but it has users so I can help with testing after
21:00 central.
