[asterisk-dev] To call a pstn number through Asterisk

Hi,
I would like to know what I have to do to allow a softphone to call a pstn 
number through asterisk (dial(what?), asterisk configuration, ...) . I have 
tried some idea but I didn't manage to make it works... My network is 
composed of SER and Asterisk.
