[asterisk-dev] chan_iax2 wrongly declaring a peer unreachable: found a race

Hi,

I see sometimes complaints that Asterisk IAX calls a peer unreachable
even with apparently no good reason.

I had this happen between two Asterisk's running on two virtual
servers on the same box.

I eventually found a race in chan_iax2 that I think is responsible.

Please look at http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=7396 and if you've
seen this problem please give the change a try.
