I have posted a patch to 7274 that adds spooling support for current
svn. In a nutshell, cdr_addon_mysql.c will lose records due to database
connectivity issues, wait_timeout values, etc.  This patch adds spooling
support such that if any query cannot be successfully executed against
the database server, it will be spooled until it can successfully be
executed.

Comments, suggestions, ideas welcomed.
