[asterisk-dev] Cdr.c doesn't let you set any CDR variables.

I've logged a bug in relation to this:

It appears that _all_ the CDR variables are set to read only, which
makes the documentation wrong int 1.2, and hopefully we can get a fix in
for 1.4 .. I've done a bit of hacking, which I've documented in the bug
report, but there does need to be some extra checking put in there.

vechers suggested I post it here so that it gets some more eyeballs.
