Another observation:
i test in two iddentical platforms ("i think"). In the platform 1 the channel is not deleted. In the platform 2 the channel is deleted.
Platform1:
Logging out 5200
-- Started music on hold, class 'default', on SIP/1200-1240
== Spawn extension (from-internal, 935565200, 4) exited non-zero on 'Zap/1-1'
-- Executing Macro("Zap/1-1", "hangupcall") in new stack
-- Executing ResetCDR("Zap/1-1", "w") in new stack
-- Executing NoCDR("Zap/1-1", "") in new stack
-- Executing Wait("Zap/1-1", "5") in new stack
-- Executing Hangup("Zap/1-1", "") in new stack
== Spawn extension (macro-hangupcall, s, 4) exited non-zero on 'Zap/1-1' in macro 'hangupcall'
== Spawn extension (macro-hangupcall, s, 4) exited non-zero on 'Zap/1-1'
-- Hungup 'Zap/1-1'
Platform 2:
Logging out 5006
== Spawn extension (from-internal, 935565200, 4) exited non-zero on 'Zap/1-1'
-- Executing Macro("Zap/1-1", "hangupcall") in new stack
-- Executing ResetCDR("Zap/1-1", "w") in new stack
-- Executing NoCDR("Zap/1-1", "") in new stack
-- Executing Wait("Zap/1-1", "5") in new stack
-- Executing Hangup("Zap/1-1", "") in new stack
== Spawn extension (macro-hangupcall, s, 4) exited non-zero on 'Zap/1-1' in macro 'hangupcall'
== Spawn extension (macro-hangupcall, s, 4) exited non-zero on 'Zap/1-1'
-- Hungup 'Zap/1-1'
I see that in platform 1 appear a "started music on hold". In platform 2 this doesn't appear.
Thanks

Subject: [asterisk-dev] Agent logoff with call active in sip
Hello,
when i logoff an agent with an inbound active call in sip phone the call is not hangup in the sip side and after the channels is never free. I must restart asterisk to delete that channel.
Any idea??
Thank you
