[asterisk-dev] zaptel-1.2.7: vpm450m_fw.h missing?

Hi all,

Not sure if this is a -users questions. If it is my apologies.

Just grabbed zaptel-1.2.7 and started building it. It fails because
vpm450m_fw.h is missing in the source. Searching the mailing list
archives didn't give me a clue. Shouldn't that file be added to the
1.2.7 source or did I miss something?
