You could also script copying the voicemail audio file to /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/<domain>/<mailbox/INBOX/msgNNNN.txt
 
Also, modify and copy as necessary a message envelope file to the same place.

	This is already available, is it not?  You can provide a list of
	mailboxes to the Voicemail application, and the voicemail message will
	go to all of the mailboxes specified.  It just plays the message from
	the first mailbox specified.
