[asterisk-dev] Queries regarding Asterisk Manager API - ZapTransfer

Hi,

I have 2 Analog phones connected to the FXS ports of a Digium TE400P
card on a Asterisk IP PBX. zaptel-1.2.6 is the driver for the card.
The version of Asterisk is 1.2.9.1.

Phone A is on Zap/6 while Phone B is on Zap/7. Phone A calls Phone B.

I used ZapTransfer of the Asterisk Manager API to transfer the call from
Phone A. The response obtained from Asterisk is as follows: 

action: zaptransfer
zapchannel: 6

Response: Success
Message: ZapTransfer


After the ZapTransfer, I realised that the call from Phone A is not
transferred, i.e. I could still talk to the callee at Phone B using
Phone A.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem is ?

Is there anyway to specify the extension where the call is to be
transferred to ?
