[asterisk-dev] option for timestamps in log messages

While working on improving some code in logger.c, I noticed that the
option to provide timestamps in log messages is totally bogus.  The
timestamp will be included in the log message regardless of the value of
the option.

I started working on fixing the option so that it worked properly, but
I'm not sure it's worth it.  I can't imagine that anyone would actually
complain about having timestamps in their logs and want to be able to
turn them off.

I would like to propose removing the option all together and make it the
default, and only behavior.
