[asterisk-dev] Trasport parameter in sip.conf/chan_sip.c

Hi everybody,
                   I want to add TCP support to Asterisk SIP.  When the client is using UDP, then asterisk server should reply using UDP and  when client uses TCP, then asterisk server should reply using TCP. 
                   I haven't got from where load_module() in chan_sip.c is called ???
Where is the transport parameter processing is done (sip.conf/chan_sip.c/other file) ???
