[asterisk-dev] how to compile and install chan_jingle.so

Hi,

 I checked out the trunk version of asterisk today and did a make install
but this process did not genertate chan_jingle.so. Infact, chan_jingle.c was
not even compiled. Can someone point out how to compile and install
chan_jingle.so.
