Hi Paul,

I have tried putting another Asterisk Server into the Test Bed.
Currently, the test-bed is :

Analog Phone A <--> Asterisk PBX 1 <--> Asterisk PBX2 <--> Analog Phone
B

When I called Phone A which is a speaker phone which doesn't have
acoustic echo canceller using Phone B, I could still not hear any echo
in Phone B.

Could you elaborate on the use of codec to increase delay ? From what I
understood, if both Phone A and Phone B are using the same codec, there
won't be any transcoding in the Asterisk PBXs.

I was also hoping that Asterisk has a means to add delay to voice
traffic.

Best Regards,
Kwang Mien
