[asterisk-dev] Asterisk Configuration Outgoing Calls

Hi Asterisk Community!

I'm a student of informatic engineer from Portugal and I'm developing a 
project with the Asterisk PBX.
I can do a lot of configurations such as: contruct my dialplan, registering 
SIP users, voicemail, etc.
Now, I'm trying to configure outgoing calls over the internet with a VOIP 
operator, but I can't do it. I trying find information in the internet and 
asterisk websites, but I can't find a answer!
