[asterisk-dev] Question to a feature concerning call pickup

Hi,

regarding the bug http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=5853 I would like to know 
if the desired behavior of a pick up meanwhile could be realized with the 
standard asterisk.

The desired behavior was to show the CallerId(number) before connecting the 
picked call.

Oje wrote in his closing bug comment the following:
"We are instead concentrating on fixing connected line ID signalling as being 
implemented in another patch."
