[asterisk-dev] Closed bug ID 0007438 - I am able to reproduce

On upgrading to release 1.2.10 from 1.2.9.1, I am able to exactly
reproduce the bug described in report 0007438 which has since been
resolved as unreproducible.

I have sip and rtp debug output of the problem and would like to add to
the bug report as this is definitely a show-stopper for the upgrade. Can
this please be re-opened?
