AOC-support for PRI (was: [asterisk-dev] chan_zap questions)

Hi!

Just to keep you updated:

I've submitted new patches

http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=7495

which provide AOC-D and AOC-E passthrough. Tests between Asterisk boxes 
work fine. Maybe someone can test it against a real PBX - check if the 
PBX can use the AOC data.
