[asterisk-dev] Out of tree applications

A link there would not be a bad idea, but I have a working version
for 1.2.X with the required build environment (makefile, mkdep), so
there isn't anything to 'back-port'.

It is hosted on sourceforge and included in tgz releases of the
web interface.

I guess it would not hurt to mention that the application interfaces
with a database (MySQL at the moment) to permit scheduled conferences.
The application without the associated web pages is useless, which
is part of the reason I wouldn't expect it to be accepted into
-addons. The web interface is also pretty useless without the app,
so keeping them together makes sense.

In space, loud sounds, like explosions, are even louder because there
is no air to get in the way.
