[asterisk-dev] Show codecs

Can someone with commit access change file.c -> show_codecs() so that
the video section includes H.264. The video for loop needs to be changed
from from "<21" to "<22" so that it'll show h.264.

There's been a number of people in the video mailing list complain they
don't have H.264 in Asterisk but in fact they just can't see they have.

Seems a bit silly to post a bug in the bug tracker to change a 1 to a 2
