 We certainly can't just change it as there are a number of tools that
exist already that depend on it being epoch. Maybe we could present it
as an option or have an option that produces a more "human readable"
log in addition to existing queue_log.

 Personally, I kind of like it being epoch as when you go to ASCII,
there are too many different formats to support when you get into
"internationalization" and having it epoch now keeps queue_log in a
clean compact format for import into tools that make use of the data.
