[Asterisk-Dev] How to adapt call termination keys in Asterisk.

I want to be able to change the call termination key from the '*' key to
something else preferably '##'.

I have tried using the feature map but couldn't get it to work and I think I may
have to change it from in the source.

Which files and which functions do I need to modify to change it.

I would like to do it for both 1.0.7 and 1.2.1
